Maison Mae is glad to accept returns on unworn goods within 5 days after receiving your order. 

Non-sale returned goods must be unworn, unwashed with original tags and packaging intact and may be returned for exchange, refund or store credit.

Any items purchased on sale or with a sale code may be returned for an exchange.  Any items purchased with a discount of 50% or more are final sale and unfortunately, may not be returned or exchanged.

Returns must be sent prepaid, via trackable carrier, insured to the full purchase amount. We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. Maison Mae is not responsible for return/exchange shipping costs, international duties and taxes, shipping loss, or damage of returned goods. 



Email info@maisonmae.com for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION and include the reason for return.

 Please ship your package by UPS, Fedex, or USPS with a tracking number. Email the tracking number to info@maisonmae.com

We will process your return as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 10 days for the return to appear on your credit card statement. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed. 



We will process your order by the next business day, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. Orders are shipped from NYC.  New York residents will pay 8.875% state tax on their purchase of accessories, jewelry, toys and apparel over $109.99.  



Shipments within the U.S. are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  Shipping rates depend upon dimensions of package, weight and delivery location.  A shipment confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you. No signature is requested upon delivery, unless the client specifies otherwise.



International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.  A shipment confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery. 

International orders may be subject to import duty and tax depending upon the country in which you reside. The recipient is responsible for payment of these charges. Please check with your local customs office for details, as we are not able to provide estimates in regards to duties.
